• Protec

  Flexible, fully reinforced single-system polyester resin based overlay. Highly versatile UL and FM approved system. Flexible guarantees up to 20 years, subject to specification.

• Elastex

  BBA approved, fully reinforced elastomeric polyurethane overlay. Ideal for large refurbishment projects. Adheres to most roof substrates. Flexible guarantees of up to 25 years, subject to specification.

• Elastex Balcony System

  The Elastex Balcony System (EBS) is a cold, liquid-applied system specifically designed for the long term waterproofing and protection of balcony areas, and walkways that are subject to light / medium use.

• Roofcoat Plus

  Flexible, acrylic resin based overlay system, ideally suited to the waterproofing of plastisol and fibre cement sheeted roofs. Flexible guarantees up to 10 years, subject to specification.
