Polyroof reaches the heights in the USA

The American arm of Polyroof Products is Applied Liquid Technologies (ALT): a subsidiary company established in 2003 offering a variety of roofing, waterproofing, and surfacing solutions throughout the USA.

Based in New Jersey, ALT has completed several prestigious jobs including the waterproofing of 1860 square feet of walkway on the 85th floor of the Empire State building in New York. Polyroof Products Ltd have made substantial investments in obtaining the necessary approvals for Protec overlay system in the US construction market. These include Factory Mutual (FM) and Underwriters Laboratories (UL).

Gramercy Park South

ALT are receiving a lot of market interest in the new Protec PolyFinish MMA for anti-slip foot traffic applications such as roof gardens, viewing platforms, walkways and balconies. They recently completed the refurbishment of this high rise roof in Gramercy Park South, an upmarket district of Manhattan. An insulated recovery board was used onto which Protec was applied with an anti-slip topcoat of PolyFinish MMA.
