Polyroof
The Elastex Balcony System (EBS) from Polyroof is a cold, liquid-applied system specifically designed for the long term waterproofing and protection of balcony areas, and walkways that are subject to light / medium use.
EBS is a moisture activated, low VOC polyurethane coating system that is easily cleaned and offers excellent UV resistance. White aluminium oxide grits are incorporated into the system to provide slip resistance and surface wear protection. Available in a choice of colours, EBS bonds well to all existing substrates forming a tough and highly durable, seamless membrane.
