Elastex is a highly flexible, cold-applied single-pack reinforced polyurethane overlay system that is ideal for extending the life of existing roofs and gutters. The tough elastomeric membrane provides a resilient long lasting barrier to water penetration and UV degradation. The elasticity of the system easily accommodates normal building movements.

Suitable for large scale roof refurbishments to substrates such as asphalt, felt and composite metals, Elastex is also ideal for gutter refurbishments due to its high flexibility and resilience to standing water. Elastex can also withstand maintenance foot traffic through the addition of bauxite grits.

The Elastex system is fully backed by a manufacturer’s guarantee for 10 – 25 years and is BBA Approved.
