Overlays

Overlay systems offer an alternative to the complete replacement of existing flat roofs. The principal advantage of this is to minimise disruption and, in the majority of cases, keep the building fully operational during the refurbishment.

Most common roof coverings can be overlaid but care should be taken to ensure that the existing underlying substrate is sound and of reasonable quality.
