Polyroof 185 (Non-slip)
Polyroof 185 is available with non-slip finish with BBA approval. Non-slip should be specified for traffic areas and will provide protection for normal use on verandas, terraces, viewing platforms and balconies, without further covering.
Polyroof 185 is a glassfibre reinforced polyester system that comes with a 20-year manufacturers guarantee. The system is used with high-grade plywood and is suitable for new build and for overdecking. A selection of colours and finishes are available.

Elastex Balcony System (EBS)
A system specifically designed for the long term waterproofing and protection of balcony areas. Elastex Balcony System is a moisture activated, low VOC polyurethane coating system that is easily cleaned and offers excellent UV resistance.
White aluminium oxide grits are incorporated into the system to provide slip resistance and surface wear protection. Available in a choice of colours, EBS bonds well to all existing substrates forming a tough and highly durable, seamless membrane.

Note: Although these systems incorporate anti-slip surface finishes, they cannot eliminate all risk of slipping: this is particularly relevant in the case of ice forming on the roof surface.
